"O lord we are spliting again."
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: I love my residents. But im not to fond of my co workers or my supervision peers. We are always working short and can not take care of residents properly. Its not fair to us as workers and it is so not fair to the residents. The good thing though is you can get as many hours as you want because we dont have enough staff to ever cover a shift.
Cons: Almost any and everything. Not enough help and residents do not get the proper care they deserve.
May 2016
"Very busy."
Physical Therapy Assistant:
Pros: Autonomy, helpful coworkers, clean facility.
Cons: High expectations for productivity, and the insurance games, both of which often decrease the amount of time a patient actually receives for one-on-one care.
June 2016
"Lesser of the Evils."
Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: Rate of pay.
Cons: Stressful. Staffed based on pt census and not acuity of care. Can easily get burned out because of the understaffing. Unorganized. Sloppy.
January 2019

Pros: Working with the employees
Cons: Lack of employee training and communication
