Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington, District of Columbia:
Pros: I Love nursing , I love nursing Amy coworkers are great zimmeciate supervisors are helpful and fair to staff The organization is not fair with pay for LPN staff
Cons: I just have issues with the salary at this time RN s are given raises And LzoN s are not ever compensated I have received any type of increase When they aren’t reason to take place and I do pretty much the same work take the same assignments except for some charting differences I feel I should be compensated in someway with an increase when they get an increase
Important part of the health care system.
