Pros: The opportunity to to be first hand witness to the many disciplines that corporate heads have to to deal with with re work ethics or lack thereof in the workforce. As a management student I am always seeking for ways to motivate people to excel at their job, or at least give them the understanding of how they excel in a competitive environment.
