Hospice Compassus Reviews

What is it like working at Hospice Compassus?

February 2019
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN):
This was one of the worst employment experiences I have ever had. There were a lot of lies and manipulation among the employees. There was no such thing as receiving support from management. Most of the employees were friends that traveled from job to job together. I would not recommend for anyone.
June 2019
Quality Assurance Coordinator in Hattiesburg:
For the most part, it is a great company and I really enjoy everyone that I work with. The atmosphere is very laid back and accommodating with my family. The laid back environment can be a bad thing though, at times. There is some degree of favoritism and nepotism that happens a lot. There is also an issue with accountability with some employees which does affect the morale of the office, at times.
