Cons: The aspect of fearing retaliation when approaching my district manager about conflicts. We don’t see Ida I on a lot of things and she is not very mature in her role or position or life.

Cons: secrecy, back stabbing mentality, isolating undesired employees through scheduling, no career growth, pay rate lower than expected work and tasks expected.

Pros: The people, it’s one of the only redeeming qualities
Cons: They will exploit their employees to no end. I work up to the limit of full time and receive no benefits, not only that but they pay so far below industry standards it would be laughable if i were not now homeless because of it.
