Pros: The children and parents are so very kind and wonderful.
Cons: The pay is about average for the area but they lie and say they offer “ insurance” and it’s just Aflac that won’t cover your medical expenses. You have to end up at an ER or health clinic or the “affordable health care act, but then cause you earn more money the amount your voucher ends up being is so low you don’t feel like your making hardly any money. It cuts that hourly almost in half.

Pros: I love the kids; when I can see them reaching milestones, accomplishing new things and their hugs.
Cons: Management seems to live in a bubble where they think everything is going great, and if it’s brought to their attention that something isn’t going great, they just suggest you put a bandaid on the issue.

Cons: The low pay for employees that are positive worker and long time employees.
It can be stressful because I feel that I have not been introduced properly as to what my job discretion is to the teachers so I get a lot resistance from the teachers.
