Physical Therapist Assistant in Melbourne:
Pros: Not sure
Cons: Not sure
Laboratory Manager in St Louis:
Very good system in regards to care and respect for the patients entrusted to their care. However, they need to improve upon salaries for ALL professionals. Minorities especially. For the role I was being paid- I was underpaid by 25k compared to others who previously held my role. Minorities throughout the organization are harassed but yet they claim to have a great diversity and inclusion department.

I like my job. I've been an xray tech for approx 30 yrs but the atea of CT is very new only been in the field for 1 yr, so it's all still new and exciting but I love it. My only issue is that some areas of the department are very busy and very understaffed. We are hopeful that the new manager will see this and fix it.
