Pros: Pro Active in the area of well being of their employees first and foremost

It's an ok job to have. If you want to deal with politics of the work place.

Cons: Politics in the office and people being dishonest.
Miller is a great place to work. They "get" safety, and they have their heart in the right place.
Safety Manager in Oakland:
Pros: The work I do is appreciated and my experience is respected. I feel like I am making a difference.
Cons: My direct manager is the exception to the above. He is all about production, and he's made it clear he's not fond of safety guys.
