Orlando Health, Inc Reviews

What is it like working at Orlando Health, Inc?

January 2019
"Great Place to work."
Vice President (VP), Information Technology (IT) in Orlando:
Pros: The people
Cons: The politics
January 2019
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST):
Insurance is expensive and not that great. Pay is low medium grade. Bonuses are hard come by. They are a rapidly growing hospital. There are growning pains with that growth. A few years ago they laid off over 400 people so the CEO could have a multi-million dollar bonus.
February 2019
"Undervalued."
Radiation Therapist in Orlando:
Pros: Prolonging quality of life to patients
Cons: Extremely stressful, underpaid for the about if responsibility given, lack of leadership
February 2019
Paramedic:
Lower on the pay-scale than other hospitals. New administration making positive changes. Love working in a smaller community hospital with the back-up of a level one trauma center for your patient care needs.
April 2019
"Great if you work directly for the hospital, not enjoyable as a contractor."
Biomedical Technician in Orlando:
Pros: Helping clinicians achieve objectives and treat patients
Cons: Leadership is convoluted and creates their own problems, then feels proud for solving them
May 2019
"I love being part of a growing organization dedicated to the health of the individual as well as the community."
Digital Marketing Specialist in Orlando:
Pros: I enjoy contributing to a good patient experience.
Cons: Politics dominate over best practice
August 2019
"Ok."
Registered Nurse (RN) in Irvine:
