Cons: Not being allowed to wear something warmer then a windbreaker when its below zero during winter, the unfair accusations that upper management does to the employees, feeling as though all drivers are expendable/replaceable at anytime no matter how good they do at the job.
It is awesome, I love my job and what I do. I just have a very hard time making ends meet.
