What is it like working at Papa John's Pizza?

Great.
General Manager in Columbus:
Pros: The speed of pace
Cons: Late nights
General Manager, Restaurant in Fairfax:
Pros: I have a great staff, albeit very understaffed at the moment. I love the community and the small towns we serve, I love that our franchise is awesome with repairs and stays on top of maintenance.
Cons: When corporate is about roll out new products without notifying all GMs across the country. It’s happened a few different times over the last couple periods. Those of us who are franchise (w/corp benes) also need to be kept up to date with the latest information. As a franchise I think we lose out on timely notification and information.
General Manager, Restaurant:
Pros: Fast paced environment with dedication to customer satisfaction.
Cons: There is a lack of advancement opportunity.
Pizza Delivery Driver:
Pros: Flexibility.
Cons: The Lack of promotion or incentive.

Pizza Delivery Driver:

This is a hard one.
Delivery Driver in Bangor:
Pros: I enjoy the over night shifts, I enjoy fellow employees, I love my customers.
Cons: Not being allowed to wear something warmer then a windbreaker when its below zero during winter, the unfair accusations that upper management does to the employees, feeling as though all drivers are expendable/replaceable at anytime no matter how good they do at the job.
It is awesome, I love my job and what I do. I just have a very hard time making ends meet.
