Customer Service Associate in Dallas:
Pros: I like that they're understanding that there's a housed around us with children and other needs that will result in us sometimes needing a moment. I was originally recruited through a staying agency after covid, but somehow wasn't aware of it so for the past4 months is actually been working for the agency until Friday when I got an offer letter to go permenant! We're in the middle of negotiations so....fingers crossed
Cons: I don't like that communication about important things tussle longer than they should to get to us. The agency deceived me and others but saying that were have a full time 1 hour lunch job. Turns out those lunches are only on the weekend, that everyone only works one of. I was told $13.5 for pay but for 12.5 for training and 13 once in the floor-once again never mentioned. Plus, at times it feels like you can't get help in the middle of a call if you need it
Great experience and the chance to provide life changing opportunities to employees.
