Questdiagnostics, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Questdiagnostics, Inc.?

It's very stressful, not enough staff to do the job.
Phlebotomist in Palm Beach Gardens:
Pros: I get paid time off
Cons: Not enough pay. For the amount of work we do.
Health Screener:
As a biometric technician the company asks that you commit to at least 10 hours a week. However most techs can expect to get 20 hours a month. There are too many technicians and not enough work. There are no protections for per diem employees and there are months that there is barely any work at all. Need at least another job to support oneself.
Great environment.
Phlebotomist in Nanuet:
Pros: The patients
Cons: Very busy
Decent pay, nice benefits.
Phlebotomist in Spring Hill:
Pros: Opportunity to learn, tuition reimbursement, PTO plan
Cons: Low staffing, expected to perform as an authority figure for no extra compensation, lack of communication between management and staff.
Extremely Stressful with little to no appreciation.
Specimen Processor in Miami:
Pros: Its overnight.
Cons: Everything else from low wages to management and some of the coworkers
Developing relationship with major health plan partners.
Strategic Account Manager in Irvine:
Pros: Empowering our health plan partners members to gain access to medicare care
Cons: Compensation
Phlebotomist in Allentown:
It really depends on your supervisor. Some are lazy and other have no problem jumping in lending a hand. Management is little to be desired. Pay rate is better then most phlebotomy positions in the area.
