Raytheon Co. Reviews

What is it like working at Raytheon Co.?

February 2019
Software Engineer in Indianapolis:
Pros: Meaningful work
Cons: Pay, Amount of documentation, processes getting in the way instead of helping employees
March 2016
"Software engineer."
Software Engineer:
Pros: Good culture. People are respectful.
Cons: Too many hours.
November 2018
Process Improvement Engineer:
This company talks out both sides of their mouth. CEO will send letters about how they’re supporting transgender rights bills in the Massachusetts legislature because we support our LGBT employees. Then turnaround and pour PAC money into congress so they won’t prevent us from selling our products to Saudi Arabia, one of the most Draconian countries out there.
January 2019
Safety Engineer:
Good company to work for with good benefits and pay is really good. Hard to get promoted and can be very political at times. The people are really nice and helpful to new employees. The time off is generous for expecting mothers and dads.
November 2014
"Good And Stable."
Senior Systems Engineer:
Pros: Flexible hours. International opportunities. Stable employment. Opportunities across a nice selection cities throughout the US.
Cons: Good projects where you're really learning are hit or miss. Working government contracts can be slow developing and counterproductive.
