Cons: New policies are not clearly stated to staff. Some policies are made from a point that knowledge of the situations these policies are implemented for is lacking at best, this leads to some policies being unable to be executed correctly.

Doctors are wonderful to work with. Communication could be better between Management and employees. Traveling to different outreach clinics can get to be too much. Compensation is fair could be better with the expectations of travel.
