First off no matching retirement all on your own no help with ins. No anual reviews for pay.

Pros: ability to keep facility looking proper and handling issues in house that would probably require an out side service provider
Cons: benefits, retirement program, pay the man before me salary was more than mine is and I know I do a way better job
Its Challenging Stressful unfair they keep it in the family and a lot of favoritism.
