Siemens Reviews

What is it like working at Siemens?

March 2019
"Stressful but fulfilling."
Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Surrey:
Pros: Getting to be apart of new commercial development in the city
Cons: Overwork/overutlization
June 2020
"Not a project engineer - systems engineer."
Project Engineer in Melbourne:
Pros: Flexible hours, nice office
Cons: Poor management, not enough people available for mentorship. Dinosaurs with 'knowledge is power' attitude.
December 2018
Account Manager:
Absolutely an unpleasant experience. “Regarding Power, Oil and Gas division” No support, unrealistic goals, no communication. Consistently disappointing customers request. Enormously frustrating! This is unfortunate, seems Siemens is a good company unfortunately, not this division.
December 2018
"Great."
Fire Alarm Technician in Kansas City:
Pros: Technical
Cons: Not much training
January 2019
"Too much on too few."
Material Handler in Providence:
Pros: The experience
Cons: Work not spread evenly amongst employees, favoritism, and all the drama.
January 2019
Production Coordinator, Manufacturing in Lincoln:
Pros: Interaction with other Siemens employees
January 2019
Senior Software Engineer:
Lots of challenges working as a subsidiary of an international company. The benefits are good. But the compensation is subpar. There is not a lot of room for growth. All upper management is externally sourced.
