Sodexo is a good company to work for and grow within. The only issue is payscale is WAY off. You are underpaid and not given any significant increase unless you change job titles or locations. The positive is that you can move anywhere in the world and still work for the same company.
Great Space to Work.

Pros: I have opportunities to change processes that are not effective, to make the work environment more productive, and increase the appeal and engagement of our sales outlet.
