Sprouts Farmers Market LLC Reviews

What is it like working at Sprouts Farmers Market LLC?

June 2017
"I have been a Sprouts customer for 15 years."
Cashier in Frisco:
Pros: Employee discount(FOOD), customers & co-workers.
Cons: Too few co-workers to help.
November 2018
Assistant Grocery Store Manager:
Unfair pay, lousy core management, just not a very good work environment. It's the only place I've ever worked where they threaten your position every day.
November 2018
Butcher / Meat Cutter:
I am really disappointed in the overall way Sfm said before we went public, that they would take care of the employees . Well I have been working at Sprouts for 9yrs and not 1 time have I even been offered a job promotion.
April 2019
"Busy not enough time."
Customer Service Manager in Tulsa:
Pros: Change of pace
Cons: Can’t finish everything
July 2019
"Fast pace, always multitasking and mico managing."
Head Cashier in Fayetteville:
Pros: Educating and assisting customers. Learning from customers. Encouraging my coworkers.
Cons: The variable work hours and work schedules only being made for one week out. Seeing business increase and employees decrease.
September 2019
"Hard work underappreciated."
Deli Clerk in Albuquerque:
Pros: Team members
Cons: Overworked and underpaid
September 2019
Meat Cutter in Bedford:
Pros: The people I work with.
Cons: I don't have a clear understand of what is required of me to be promoted. I have to take the initiative (in virtually everything I do) to have any chance of ever moving up in the company.
