It’s alright.

Pros: I like how diverse the work we do is, every day is interesting and it rarely gets repetitive
Cons: It’s extremely stressful and the amount of work expected of us is severely different from what we are being paid
Senior Financial Analyst in Wilmington:
Pros: I work on the Futures team, and get to calculate unrealized and realized gain losses for future commodities and options on commodities.
Cons: It’s the same everyday, nothing really changes day to day.
Under Staffed.
Senior Fund Accountant in Everett:
Pros: can work out a flexible schedule, rarely ever denied vacation or time for personal appointments etc. People and lower management are great.
Cons: Upper management is out of touch with what is going on in the weeds with the teams. They move people around and leave teams short staffed and remaining staff is left to pick up the pieces. People are burnt out.
Very Stressful, Male Dominated with lots of White Privilege.
Senior Product Manager in New York:
Pros: Solving problems and creating solutions to automate manual processes
Cons: The white privilege, unconscious bias towards women and people of color and the bureaucracy
Not Worth for long tenure.
Senior Technical Analyst in Pune:
Pros: Work timing is good and it's near to home..that's all that I like about the company.
Cons: Direct Managers(almost everyone) are super manipulative individuals. They paint a distorted picture in front of higher management whereas the reality is different. The higher management never gets the real picture to fix things.
Satiated.
Call Center Manager in Philadelphia:
Pros: The flexibility the company has when it comes to my needs.
Cons: Transparency on job titles and salary grades.
