The Equitable Bank Reviews
What is it like working at The Equitable Bank?
Productive but underpaid.
Modeling and Simulation Analyst in Toronto:
Pros: Leverage the modeling and coding knowledge and skills to develop models.
Cons: The pay is not comparable to the market rate.
Bank Teller in Milwaukee:
This job is not meant for highly sensitive individuals. It is definitely a high-stress work environment. The nature of the job requires attention to detail while being quick and efficient. Caution is mandatory for the safety of the customer and employees at all times as well as attention to the current laws and procedures. It's also expected that consistent sales are up to the branch expectation. This job would be great for a resilient, self-driven, and decisive individual who works well with a team. Many learning opportunities are available with options to branch out to various banking departments. I'm thankful for my experience here, but it was a difficult and painful experience.
