Pros: The fellow employees
Cons: The amount of work load that constantly grows throughout the day and the lack luster raise I get when deliveries does the MOST in the entire store they can hardly find anyone to fill the position when someone quits no one wants to be in deliveries.

Cons: For my level of knowledge, skills, and experience I am paid the same as coworkers who lack any of the life or work experience, skills and educational background I can contribute. I can't meet my expenses on this job. I have to work on almost every holiday.
