Urban Reviews

What is it like working at Urban?

Management vs. Staff it seems like.
Restaurant Server in Bridgeport:
Pros: My coworkers are some of my closest friends, we stick the stress out together help each other be productive and get our work done. Also trying to resolved problems brought by our management staff.
Cons: Entire management staff, lack of consideration for employees, lack of knowledge how to run a restaurant, unprofessional how situations are handled.
I enjoy the responsibility and the team effort that my team put in ensuring that they meet the obligations and allowing me to mentor and manage them as I should.
Office Manager in Johannesburg:
Pros: The fact that I can help others develop through skills transferring gives me joy. I also loves the challenge and accountability that the job comes with. It forces me to think and to put extra effort to succeed.
Underpaid, demeaned as development on a routine basis, leadership is generally aloof.
Electrical Apprentice in Knoxville:
Pros: My coworkers
Cons: Poor fleet, irrelevant analyses, safety not taken seriously, pay is deplorable
