Pros: My coworkers are some of my closest friends, we stick the stress out together help each other be productive and get our work done. Also trying to resolved problems brought by our management staff.
Cons: Entire management staff, lack of consideration for employees, lack of knowledge how to run a restaurant, unprofessional how situations are handled.
I enjoy the responsibility and the team effort that my team put in ensuring that they meet the obligations and allowing me to mentor and manage them as I should.
