Urban Outfitters, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at Urban Outfitters, Inc.?
Pretty on the outside.. A little ugly on the indide.
Retail Sales Associate in Devon:

Challenging, creative, fun, stressful at times, rewarding.
Art Director in Philadelphia:
Pros: Creative freedom and my team
Cons: Pay transparency
Frustrating.
Operations Supervisor in Reno:
Pros: the opportunity to learn new things
Cons: favoritism, senior management not holding supervisors accountable
Don't do it.
Product Development Coordinator in Philadelphia:
Pros: Lots of opportunities to try different things, learn a lot
Cons: They will use you, wear you down, and destroy your mental health to make a dollar. Employees hold no value, they don't respect you, and pay is below average for the industry. They act like it is a privilege to work there, the absolute highest honor in the fashion industry. They will take everything you have to offer and give nothing in return. Empty promises of "growth" and "opportunities" just means more work, longer hours, and no increase in pay or benefits.
Photo Retoucher in Philadelphia:
Pros: I like being in a creative field, supporting creative assets in post production.
Cons: Working only on ecommerce versus working on editoiral / more creative projects.
It is one of the best jobs I've had.
Forklift Operator in Indiana:
Pros: The laid-back yet productive atmosphere.
Cons: Sometimes it gets boring.
Workload expectations with no resources and favoritism.
Merchandiser in Philadelphia:
Pros: creative freedom, somewhat flexible work environment and hours
Cons: promotions are based on ease of transition and whoever can save you money over seniority and actual work ethic. Not a fair distribution of resources across all managers.
Wokeism.
