Pros: I like working with the residents. I get to see my Grandmother almost everyday.
Cons: The Salary. The Job Description is relatively vague. I end up doing more work but not compensated for it.

Pros: I LOVE MY JOB AND WHAT I DO, AT TIMES IT CAN BE STRESSFUL BUT WHEN I CLOCK OUT IF IVE MADE MY RESIDENTS HAPPY THEN I HAVE DONE MY JOB FOR THE DAY. I CAN GO HOME KNOWING I ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING.
Cons: Maybe the paperwork everything else I can handle and get thru one way or another.
