Not bad.
Administrative Assistant:
Pros: I appreciate the fact that I worked on the fields as a security guard for 4 years before starting in the office.
Cons: I would perhaps say that they tend to pay the least possible.

Cons: Interpersonal skills of some.

Cons: The stress and pressure placed on you when you are only an admin assistant.

Administrative Assistant:
Treat all customers with dignity and respect. Always follow up. Do not be embarrassed to say you don't know; but always research the answer and get back to the customer. Rule No. 1: The Boss is always right. Rule No. 2: When the boss is wrong, refer o Rule No. 1.
