Administrative Assistant:
Pros: I have a flexible schedule, lovely office and great co-workers. It is also really close to my home and I can bring my child.
Cons: Don't feel paid well.

Outstanding.
Administrative Assistant:
Pros: I get a set schedule of 8-5. I get paid holidays and PTO. I have medical, dental and vision, life insurance ect.
Cons: I cannot work from home. It is not as flexible as I would like. There aren't any bonuses or perks for people in my field and the raises are very low (2%)

State Government Not So Peachy.
Administrative Assistant:
This type of job is easier to advance in in the private sector. If you choose to take a job like this with the state government, plan to stay in that position without a raise or promotion for quite sometime until you have X-amount of years of experience in that specific field or you've obtained specialty training such as IT or management courses that would allow you move around in your organization.

To much favourite tism and to much work for to little pay.

Pros: Nothing besides sitting whole day and the internet.
Cons: Booking of material.

Very Informative, Customer Service.
Administrative Assistant:
Pros: Liaising with different people everyday, learning more about the company.
Cons: Nothing bad I enjoy my job, I used to hate debt collection because it was first time on the job but now I am enjoying.
