I enjoy my job and I feel good that I am trusted to work by myself with no supervision or anyone always looking over my shoulder.

Pros: My team has a great system with communicating with each other and our guests
Cons: Lack of supplies needed and not being able to help guests with issues that may rise late at night when other staff or maintenance workers are off duty. We don’t even have a good vacuum that works good and I’m suppose to vacuum when guest are sleeping which can be a disturbance to our guests.

They are bad about promoting and paying support staff, and play favorites a lot. Things have slightly improved since replacing the CEO.
Good benefits. Culture varies from office to office. They expect a lot of work from support staff but don’t give many perks for that hard work.
