This position is generally full time, although schedules may vary depending on the time of year and job location. Time is spent primarily in the office interacting with other members of the finance team and other employees within the organization. Auditing or accounting associates typically report to an auditing manager or the chief financial officer (CFO).
Auditing or accounting associate jobs generally require at least a bachelor's degree in accounting and a minimum of three years' experience working in a finance environment. A certified public accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as are good organizational and multitasking skills.
