Cons: The compensation is not equal to the amount of work & effort you put in. Another thing is the unprofessionalism, lack of leadership, & unwillingness to help others from management.

Times change and so will your likes and desires. Find a career that will roll with the times. Working from home is financially great in a lot of ways, but make sure you have a dedicated work space. Keep updating yourself and maintain great credit and relationships with governing agencies.

Cons: People in the workplace are mean, inconsiderate sometimes and do a lot of hearsays.
