Pros: Heavy investment in trusting people, and valuing teams over individuals.
Cons: With great autonomy comes great responsibility.

Pros: My direct co-workers are great to work with. All the teams are allowed to find their own process.
Cons: No direct focus/direction as a company. Constantly shifting direction to whomever complains the loudest.

Cons: No outdoors scene. Hiking and biking are not great. No swimming places, besides pools. The people are rude. Biking in downtown.
