Pros: I like that I Manage a residential complex, select suppliers, and negotiate purchase contracts, and that I maintain the company afloat during the observation period.
Cons: The fact that I can't have faster responses from the owners, and this leads to big delays.

You don't have to know or pretend you know everything. But it is important to know what you don't know and that you will find the answers quickly. Educated guesses are ok as long as they are qualified and followed up with subsequent confirmation. But don't BS.
