Pros: Professional. Punctuality. Personality. Perfectionality. All my staffs are happy with my work automatically gets better sales.
Cons: Mostly no increment annually after giving your best.

Pros: I enjoy my co workers, the clients and the challenges of merchandising product.
Cons: The direction the company is taking is not as good as it was when I started with them. The demands on the staff are beginning to greatly out way the positive things that I once liked about this company.

Pros: They give you a very good amount of paid time off. The customers are great and if your lucky your team will be too.
Cons: There aren't many people of color who are amongst the higher up petco employees. You will almost always be passed up for a job you want because they will give it to someone from outside of the company. Health insurance is extremely expensive. If your not a brown noser then a lot of the higher ups won't like you.
