Executive Assistant Reviews

What is it like working as an Executive Assistant?

August 2020
A bit shallow.
Executive Assistant in Vancouver:
Pros: Great transit, amazing resteraunt options, beautiful and (for the most part) clean city. Plenty of outdoor green spaces and parks.
Cons: I find there people are in tight cliques that can be hard to break through, people dont tend to hang out after work with colleagues or if they do it's very forced and unnatural. Back in Ireland anytime I worked in a new job I ended up making genuine friends, many of whome I'm still in contact with today.
August 2020
Overload, but can be worth it.
Executive Assistant in Nashville:
Pros: Opportunities for growth and skill building support
Cons: Work overload, unequal compensation of work produced, can be highly political
August 2020
Casual unstructured.
Executive Assistant in Johannesburg:
Pros: The casual atmosphere and freedom to plan my own day
Cons: No performance and office management
August 2020
Executive Assistant in New York:
No room for growth; very little to no appreciation from the company or my boss at the time; no bonus; when I wanted a raise after getting outstanding on my yearly evaluation was denied but others received; low pay for job title;
August 2020
It is a great place to work.
Executive Assistant in Lake Forest:
Pros: Conveniently located to my residence
Cons: The construction traffic getting off the freeway
July 2020
Relaxed working environments.
Executive Assistant in Wellington:
Pros: Smaller, not so much of a hustle & bustle like the bigger cities, more relaxed
Cons: the weather & the wind
July 2020
Vancouver Washington is a Great Place to Work.
Executive Assistant in Vancouver:
Pros: Less congestion than larger cities, but close to Portland when needed.
