Executive Assistant in Ballarat:
Pros: Third largest city in Victoria but has a country town feel with very reasonable opportunities for employment + no significant commute to and from work, and no heavy traffic like there is in Melbourne.
Cons: The pay is significantly less for comparable roles in Melbourne. Whilst it is a regional city so you do need to take that into consideration, however I think it is quite low and could be a little higher to attract quality talent.
