Executive Assistant Reviews
What is it like working as an Executive Assistant?
January 2020
Executive Assistant in Indianapolis:
CSO has a lot of potential to be a great place to work. The people are really nice and work well together but you can get lost easily and management doesn't emphasize people as much as I think they claim to. I feel as if HR focuses on smaller issues instead of solving important ones, I feel like there isn't a structure for admin or the support staff and the structure for the architects who work there can seem a little confusing at times. When I left, that's when my hard work was acknowledged but before that it kind of just felt meaningless, when it has the potential to be a rewarding job. I hope CSO has really taken into account the quality people who have left and make positive changes.
