Pros: Meet interesting people and companies. Insite into other companies and how they function. Business opportunities. Building a business with different ideas. Growing the company and the accounts. Challenge of generating new clients.
Cons: Pressure when sales aren't coming in. Managing under performance can be time consuming. Can be very same old same old. Chasing new accounts, rejection etc.

Cons: When I do close a deal on time.
