Hydrogeology deals with distribution and movement of groundwater in the soil and rocks of the earth’s crust. Hydrogeologists usually support technical staff on environmental projects, and their tasks consist of engineering design support, flow and transport modeling support, 3-D hydrogeology visualization, GIS analysis, data entry, and database analysis.
