Q: What is it like working as a Legal Nurse Consultant?

February 2014
Legal Nurse Consultant:
Have a strong grasp of the health care system and a good networking of peers, colleagues and patient care modalities. Have experienced nursing in many aspects of patient and family centered care. Know well the interconnections and modus operandi of hospital and medical administrators as well as doctors.

"Very challenging and exciting."
Legal Nurse Consultant:
Pros: Opportunity to own my business but prefer an "in-house" position for consistency. Looking forward to bringing a positive attitude and energy to any opportunity upon our relocation back to the states after being deployed to Saudi Arabia for five years due to husband's deployment to Riyadh, SA.
Cons: Cases can be hard to recruit and market. Inconsistent income.
