Oranizational attempt at competitive salaries although internal equity and accurate job title comparables have been a challenge. Culture, compensation, benefits, and management is overall good. An excellent community based municiple environment to create your own destiny.

I enjoy the position. We are spread too thin. Need more supervisors for the size of our facility. I enjoy the people I work with and for. We have a great team. Benefits are good. Four choices for insurance and not too expensive. Pay is good as well.
