Don't be afraid to delegate
Marketing Manager:
When I started this job, because I was the only marketing person I thought it was my responsibility to get everything done. I learned over the years that it's ok to rely on other co-workers and administrative staff to assist in getting some tasks done. I've learned to train and delegate many tasks to other people so I can focus on other areas that require more of my expertise.
