Marketing Manager:
Try to see the big picture and keep work in perspective. If you feel overwhelmed at work talk to your manager - explain and ask for help. You always have a choice, you may need to learn to say 'no' to some things to maintain your health and happiness. If you can do that - you will be a better performer at work and more respected than someone who takes on too much and ultimately crashes and burns.

It's pretty good

Pros: I like the flexibility and the variety in my role. I work on PPC, SEO, Social, CRM and a huge focus on mobile which i enjoy.
Cons: The pay is low, and the expectation is that employees will work longer hours voluntarily to give a good impression, actual work done is less important.
