Mechanical Engineer in Livingston:
Pros: Great, largescale exposure to design and manufacturing. Plenty of opportunity to be creative in problem solving and develop process improvement initiatives.
Cons: The feeling of a general lack of consensus with regard to upper management goals and objectives. Densely ambiguous at times; this creates stress and uncertainty in completing tasks.
