Very lit work load.

Pros: I like the way I feel after I accomplished repairing a machine. It makes me feel good inside that I have the skills to do this.
Cons: I feel like I have more skills than what they will they me do to fix a machine. Simple repairs I can’t even do. Sometimes it’s very irritating that I have to wait for someone else to come and repair something I can do.

EBAD has an increadibly hard working and competent staff at all levels. The pace is quick but they do their best to keep up with hiring and give folks the resources necessary to succeed. I really like that senior management is just down the hall and that, since it’s a privately held company, success is viewed in consistent performance over decades, not quarterly profits.
