Good and interesting work.
Mechanical Engineer in Orlando:
Pros: Right now the CAD skills I am developing. Also manager over sight is present but they let you go about your way to do your job, obviously following company guidelines
Cons: I Do not like the compensation or the transparency or lack thereof that there is about the compensation structure.

Mechanical Engineer in New York:
Pros: Easy to commute
Cons: The city isn’t a nice place

Mechanical Engineer:
The Arlington office has significant issues that put it on par with the rest of bottom-level, American corporate companies. But the home office in Germany has a good direction and good policies that need to be carried down to the local level everywhere.
Health insurance is paid 100% by the company, which is nice, but this means that salaries are abysmally low to compensate. Standard 401k and minimum PTO.

Mechanical Engineer in Milwaukee:
Pros: Great location for manufacturing!
Cons: It’s cold!

Mechanical Engineer:
The biggest selling point for GA is the people. The environment there helps develop a comradary that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. I really miss my old co-workers, but another opportunity stole me away.
