Office Manager, Medical Office in Moorestown:
Pros: I'm busy. I like being busy. This is a small but busy office. I am the chiropractic assistant, office manager, receptionist, billing/claims dept., accounting, cleaning, human resources and also do personal accounting work for the Dr. I am very busy all day.
Cons: I have a lot of duties and don't get a paid vacation. I can take one, but not paid. I can't really call out sick because the only other employee is the evening receptionist. There would be no one to fill in for me.
