"Love Hate Relationship!"
Pros: Challenge. Planning. Starting and Completing a Project on time and on budget. Seeing happy customers. The team I work with. Some flexibility with my time and schedule. My own truck to drive to and from work and throughout the day and not having to use my own car.
Cons: I work on average between 55-60 hours a week including weekends. I'm not compensated financially for the hours I work or the success that I've had in my job. Feel like I'm being taken for granted. The job is ultimately about making customers happy and that is almost impossible to do at times so its very stressful.

Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General) in Missoula:
"Like A Boss."
Pros: The best part about my job is having the freedom to express my own ideas and thoughts through so many different outlets and channels. One day I may be designing a new way to track data, finding trends, calculating and estimating, visualizing how to create a more productive method in labor. The next day, I may need to have a deep conversation with an employee in need of support, encouragement, and leadership. I love that I can use my voice and ideas to help create more efficient strategies. I love how I am able to use my voice to fight for higher wages for my employees, get them safer and more ergonomic and energy saving equipment. I love being able to help people in need get a job, and I love seeing the appreciation and respect that my employees give me the same as I to them. I love being able to create and lead my own team, handpicking the personalities, minds, and talents that I believe will be able to work in sync together to accomplish tasks, objectives, and goals.
Cons: I work a schedule that is extremely volatile and unpredictable. I am never truly sure when I will be working until only days prior, if then. It is hard to create and maintain a regular daily routine or get adequate rest. Consequently, this can sometimes help in developing bad habits.
