How to manager a Manager.
Quality Assurance Manager:
Be firm, but do not act as if you know it all. Be willing to learn, after all you are never to old to learn. Research the activity of a specific task before you try to advise there on. PDCA, plan, do, check, act. That is the corner stones of our job. QA/QC is the ultimate deciding factor in whether the job was done well! Always make time to listen. Don't pretend to listen; LISTEN. By doing so you will not only add to your own knowledge but also gain great insight into what goes no within your workplace.
