Q: What is it like working as a Quality Manager?

Quality Manager in New Holland:
"Complicated."
Pros: I can work whatever hours I wish.........
Cons: New position to the company and has been very changing due to the fact that no one wants anything to do with any Quality aspects and Senior management does not support the cause. Seems as though the position exists for outside inspectors wanting it in the processes of the company.

Quality Manager in Denver:
"Awesome City."
Pros: Lots to do, outdoors, young professionals.
Cons: Very expensive cost of living, limited options for housing within affordability.

Quality Manager in Stockton:
Pros: The management team and their belief in me.
Cons: I don't always feel respected and I feel under paid.

Quality Manager in Bensalem:
"Commute."
Pros: The commute is very close to home, a lot of things to do in the area.
Cons: I would rather work in a city atmosphere at my age.

Slow and steady with attention to detail wins the race.

Customer Expectations are extremely hard to perfect. Always focus on continuous improvement.
