Pros: Flexible working hours and variety of workload
"No chance of progression"
There is no where to go once you are taken on. I was told repeatedly in my interview and ever since, that I would get a reception team leader job and still nothing has materialised. I was given extra responsibilities without the title or wage increase to match.
Pros: The sunlight in the office, and the fact that I get to take lunches- as that is new for me; the small fmaily feel to this small office.
Cons: Feeling unnoticed, unappreciated. Treated like a 'know-nothing' when upper management is tired or cranky.

Cons: Very bad salary package.Colleagues do not have time punctuality.Burdening others with their own work
