Is it worth the struggle?

Pros: What I like most about my job at Northwest are the people I work with and the positive feedback from my patients.
Cons: The hospital has been neglected financially. Only half of the beds work. Only half of the vitals machines work and they don't even upload the data to the chart. Only half of the Wows (Workstation on wheels) work. Sometimes the scanners don't work, or the computer itself isn't working. Work orders don't seem to be getting fulfilled when they are put in.

I’ve only worked as a nurse in this facility and it gave me the opportunity to have a good learning experience both from my colleagues managers and other professionals.
